Senior Leadership Training

Designed to offer Senior Leads an overview of the Diploma training and to enable them to support practitioners to implement trauma informed and mentally healthy practices into their school/ setting. This course will ensure that Leads have knowledge, skills and understanding to translate the approach into policy and practice to drive crucial change and optimise the well-being of both adults and pupils in their school. A more strategic look at change than some of the other shorter trainings.
