Tell us a bit about yourself
I’m Ellie, a TISUK trainer, supervisor and tutor. I also works across primary and secondary schools as a counsellor where I specialise in the therapeutic application of the arts and therapeutic play. I’m originally from the North West but now live just over the Severn near Bristol and spent many happy weekends visiting my Grandparents in Penarth. I am passionate about supporting young people and their families to recover from trauma to help them have a future filled with hope. When I’m not working I love spending time with my family, being part of a lively church, annual trips to the Gower, and getting out into nature as much as possible.
What do you want everyone to know about TIS courses?
Being a delegate on one of our courses means joining the TISUK army and you will be so supported as you go on this journey of discovery. I love working for TISUK where I have the immense privilege of empowering and supporting school staff to feel confident and able to make a difference in the lives of their pupils.
