Tell us a bit about yourself
Hi, my name is Sonya and I'm a Senior trainer and supervisor for TISUK. My background is in therapy and I'm passionate that we share the neuroscience and empathic ways of working with communities and those in education to have conversations that matter with children, young people and adults. I love languages, poetry, the sea and films and can be found chatting and walking in the far west of Cornwall.
What do you want everyone to know about TIS courses?
Whatever your starting point, the TIS courses are immediate, accessible and full of take-aways to apply to your own life and to the lives of those folk that you support everyday. We can all make tweaks that improve our daily experience. Moments matter!
