Rachel Toller
Tell us a bit about yourself
Hi, I'm Rachel, I am based in Cornwall in the TIS HQ office and love being part of the Welsh training team. When I am not delivering training I am the Director of Operations and Training for TISUK. I oversee the TIS HQ team, the day to day running of the organisation as well as managing large projects. Before TIS I worked in education in various roles including being a Mental Health Lead, Outreach Support and I loved my time in an Area Nurture Group. My passion has always been in supporting and advocating for young people who are struggling. When I am not working I love being in nature with my two boys, swimming in the sea and reading (generally not at the same time!)
What do you want everyone to know about TIS courses?
I want people to know that this training is transformational on so many levels, personally, professionally and beyond. We put our heart and soul into creating and delivering TISUK training in order to best support children and young people. This training really is essential!
