Sian Griffith
Tell us a bit about yourself
I’m Sian, a TIS Trainer based in North Wales. I had the life-changing privilege of undertaking the Diploma 4 years ago, and felt strongly about building the TIS army, which led me to becoming a Trainer! I live, parent, and work on Anglesey. With a background as a Primary school teacher for 24 years, as well as being an Additional Learning Needs Coordinator, I’m now an Advisory Teacher for Looked After Children. I’m passionate about kindness, compassion, knowledge, laughter and connection. My dreams and visions include arming communities with the ability and knowledge to help build loving, caring and protective ‘shields’ that arm children with skills to thrive in life - whatever they are challenged with.
What do you want everyone to know about TIS courses?
I’d like Delegates to know that I’m obsessed with books, podcasts, hugs and going for walks!
Favourite joke?
My favourite joke is ‘Why do ducks have feathers? To cover their butt quacks!
