Empathy is a force for healing, and this session dives into how we can express it with creativity, precision, and heart. Whether you're supporting a child through distress or simply trying to build deeper human connection in your school or team, the language we use matters.

This 2-hour workshop invites you to:

Practice using words that validate, soothe, and build trust

Gestalt Centre-trained and an Integrative Adolescent Therapeutic Counsellor, she has worked in international schools, youth services, drug & alcohol support, and more. As a Senior Trainer at Trauma Informed Schools UK, she blends creativity, metaphor, and clinical insight to help you deepen empathy through language and connection.
